I was assured the practitioner had the experience and skills to provide a service but she wasn’t able to do it properly. At our follow up appointment 2 weeks later she accused me of having gone to someone else who damaged me instead of her, which wasn’t true. She doesn’t offer refunds & won’t help me pay for the plastic surgeon required to help repair some of what she did.

    Business Response

    Date: 21/06/2023

This client came to me wanting to do lip filler. I explained to her that she had filler migration from the previous filler (done by another injector) and that she would have a better result if she dissolved it but she refused. I said that she might want to do it in the future because it might alter her results. She also did dysport at the same time. It was the first time for me to treat her and I always say that she might need a touch up after 2 weeks. She came back very upset about the results, so I offered to dissolve it (filler migration and marionnettes where she didnt like it). She refused saying that she wanted someone else to do it. I touched up her dysport at no charge. Then she was sending me emails insulting me and saying that she wanted a refund. I wanted her to send me pictures so I could see what she was complaining about. Then it took 7 days for her to send me a video in which I cannot see what she's complaining about, her dysport looks great. That was 3 days ago. I haven't had time to get back at her and I got your letter.

She took it upon herself to go somewhere else when I offered to fix it for her.

I do have all the emails if you would like them

    I can refund her 300$.

    Kind regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20193576, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. ***** repeatedly keeps ignoring the fact that the only thing she did that I don’t have an issue with is what she repeatedly keeps talking about. The issue is not the migration. The issue is that she put filler in my lower face incorrectly & too superficially & botox which paralyzed the wrong muscles. I’m left with strange lumps & shadows, this is something I didn’t ask to have done & was pressured in to. In addition she convinced me to let her put botox in my lower face & all of this together caused very bad results that cannot be fixed.
I addition the Botox in the upper face was done poorly. She advertised herself as someone who had a lot of experience but her work doesn’t represent this. When she saw my face at the 2nd appointment she laughed at me for being upset that I had spent 2 weeks feeling like my face was distorted & she suggested I must have gone to someone else in that time who made me look that way & not her. I have never once brought up the issue she keeps bringing up. While I am still confused why she put almost an entire syringe in my upper lip & ignored the lower lip, essentially intentionally forcing more migration, when I asked for just a little evenly in both lips, but again this isn’t the main complaint she keeps bringing up. The woman shouldn’t be allowed near anyones face. Other practitioners who have seen her work are shocked & confused about what she was trying to accomplish.

    Sincerely,

    Business Response

I offered to fix what was bothering her and she refused. I did botox in her chin area (6 units) and she did not like it, she has to wait for the 3 months until it comes back to normal state. The patient was in a panic and I wanted to sooth her by consoling her but she took it the wrong way.

    What does she want?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20193576, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I will accept the $300 offer but it doesn’t even touch the costs of having all of the mistakes she made corrected. I understand she isn’t going to take responsibility, stop lying or apologize & she can’t comprehend that I wouldn’t want to allow her to “fix it”, as if she had the abilities she claimed, she would have simply done it correctly the first time. (Again I am not talking about the “migration” she continues to speak of, despite the fact I am speaking about entirely different things.
If her business is doing so well & all the other clients are happy, then refunding me for these apparently rare results wouldn’t be a big deal for her. I understand she doesn’t care who she hurts or how our lives are affected as long as it pays for her own BBLs in Miami. My life has been drastically changed by her lack of ability. Every day is a struggle, I am ashamed to show myself in public, I had to miss seeing my ailing mother because I look so distorted that it could shock her & affect her heart condition. I also work in a paramedical field & am seeing a new client each hour. This has affected my career deeply.

    Sincerely,
