    I get a little teary eyed every Christmas Season, because **** Moving and Storage call it what you want but I NO LONGER HAVE my Beautiful $2,000 **** Stereo with Speakers set! When I unpacked my belongs, after a year of being in storage at Dymon (2022) I was absolutely Horrified!!Not only was my stereo set.. gone:Three drawers filing cabinets (personal papers) ..gone Crockpot Toaster Oven Cuisinart Blender 3 x 3 pine tool box Two Tower Fans Two Classic Talbot dresses Sweaters and tee shirts missing from my dresser drawers ***** , from ****, told me that there was nothing that they could do for me! It had been too long, for a complaint, that ***** Movers would never take or leave behind anything. She suggested that someone got into my Dymon Storage unit and took my possessions. Well.. reality is Dymon unit was PACKED to the door and to the **** NOBODY could get in to steal..a thing!!! House where everything was moved from, was COMPLETELY EMPTY! Nothing left behind, as ***** suggested.My sister had used **** for many moves and everything was ok. Well all I can say is Merry Christmas ****. Enjoy you Christmas Music because I SURE wont be!! A 72 year old Pensioner, no car and .. besides everything else lost/stolen.. I no longer have a stereo set. MERRY CHRISTMAS. Good luck to everybody who chooses to use **** Movers!!*************************

    Good day *****,I just want to address your comments regarding your move in July of 2022. First off we are disappointed with the review given. We did explain in numerous emails from *************************** that we are not liable for items moved from another *******************. We have done our very best in explaining this and we consider this matter dealt with. Best regards,*******************

    Incredibly it is almost a year since I completed a move with **** Storage. Unfortunately it was not a good move. I had **** move items from my old condo into storage and in doing so they broke off an extension to my dining table and broke a stand for a sculpture - no action was taken by **** to address the breakage but they said it would be dealt with. These storage items were included in the move to my new condo and again nothing was done to repair the damage before the items were moved in. I complained to the movers who noted it on their forms and they added the breakage of a hinge on a glass door for a TV stand that needed to be addressed. An individual was dispatched to look at fixing the problems and was able to repair the sculpture stand but not the other two items. Despite continued efforts, there has been nothing further done and I have a broken dining table and TV stand. **** removed the moving fee in total from my credit card (something I did not notice until much later, nor was I told this would be to be done as I had refused to sign off on any payment when the moving team left). The firm is not helpful and my advice to anyone who consults this site is to avoid ****. They have grown complacent and are bold only in not dealing with their errors but taking payment for poor after service.
