    I hired this company to move some items on Nov. 22, 2024. Once they completed the move, **** ***** (proprietor) asked me to leave a review on their ******** page. When I gave him verbal critical feedback, he got upset and blocked me on ******** and from contacting him. I asked him to send me a receipt for tax purposes and he said he would and then never did. I have no way to contact him as he has blocked me. I would like to get the receipt he promised and owes me. I also think others should be aware that he is unscrupulous and will not fulfill promises he makes, makes many excuses about why he is slow to respond to messages, nor can he take constructive, factual feedback. Rather he will personally attack you (when I sent the message asking for the receipt he told me I was "very extremely rude and cold person..." and then blocked me from contacting him. It's disgusting how he conducts his business, and how he talks to customers. Also, he had offered to take my vacuum to the dump, but when I went to check the storage locker he left the vacuum behind. And, this was before I gave him the critical feedback.

    Hi, Thanks for the update. I was wondering what your thoughts are on me posting in the ******** group where I found out about this business? I would post something along the lines of "I hired Medium Husky Delivery Service and after letting them know, in person, some concerns I had with their services, they blocked me on ********, so I am unable to contact them directly. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in order to get a receipt from this company for the $400.00 I paid them for a move. **** ***** refuses to provide the receipt and has not responded to the BBB".

    Based on my interactions and then him blocking me, I believe that **** ***** is highly emotionally reactive and is lashing out. I believe that he will lash out at me further which makes me hesitant to say anything. However, he only has positive reviews on his ******** page, which is why I hired him. I think consumers need to know exactly what to expect from him. That he is unscrupulous and runs his business accordingly.
