    BUYER BEWARE! - A cautionary tale at Elite BMW led to disappointment and ultimately, a shift in loyalty. After seeking a new vehicle and placing a $2,500 deposit on an X7 at a quoted $1,072 bi-weekly, I found an online listing by the same dealer for $855. Confronted with inconsistencies, the sales *** cited website errors, promising clarity at finance discussion. Two days later, Elite BMW invited me to a sales event promising unbeatable deals, from 0% rates and loyalty discounts to free winter tires - opportunities I wasn't offered in the initial deal. Seeking transparency, I learned they intentionally withheld these benefits, an approach bordering on the ******************'s definition of deceptive marketing. As the deal pickup fell short of assurances, I pursued a refund. Answers about promotion limits, and differing maintenance offers contrasted their initial promises, prompting concerns of deceptive marketing practices. After over a decade with Elite, I turned to purchase an **** Q7 and took my business to *****When navigating dealings at this dealership, ****** ******* is highly recommended for impeccable service, especially based on our experience when returning our lease. Elite's practices serve as a warning: watch for disc***ancies, question offers, and demand honesty, lest excitement turn to discontent.

    I finally received it today! What did I receive, you may ask? This is the one true perfect customer service experience I have ever had, ever! The fun fact about this story deserves to be shared with those who have lost their hope that there are still people out there in the services industries who still care and fight hard to keep the highest quality in complete customer service standards.This *** dealership has done everything in their power to make my experience as painless as possible! The whole staff is exceptional!I received a video text from the technician working on car in real time! He described to me what the situation was with my car and what the repair would entail! Can you imagine! I also received a text from ***** advising me of the works progress! What more could you want?! Elite BMW is a winner in my book! I have experienced, throughout my career, that when you find a winner, you stick with them because only equitable and positive results are what really make you happy at the end of each day!Someone does appreciate you and its the staff and management at Elite BMW!The folks at Elite BMW were always honest with me about every issue regarding my vehicle! How can Elite BMW maintain their one-of-a-kind extraordinary customer service experience in a consistent way!? The answer is such that you can compare their success to a well-oiled management team machine! Its evident! A ship needs a captain and officers along with crew to sail smoothly. I would trust this well-oiled crew in the most turbulent of waters!Having spent a lifetime career in customer service management, I always had to think fast to find an equitable solution to each situation. Some situations are out of your control no matter how hard you try, you cant hit 100% of the **** all the time! But in all honesty! Elite BMW really tries to go above and beyond all the time! From all four corners of the business, they dont miss or skip a beat!I am glad to have them in my corner!
