I went to midas ******* to have my tires balanced. They informed me that there were a list of things needed to be done before they could balance it. I fixed the issues and settled the debt. I then got them to replace my front subframe.( I paid for and shipped the part to the location.) I prepaid for all of my services before work commenced. I request the receipts so that I can go over my car cost tally. As I was trying to sell that vehicle, and I wanted to show what had been done. I noticed that my bank statements and the receipts didnt match and there was over $500 unaccounted for. As well as a $300 miscellaneous charge that I am unaware of. I contacted them and they said they'd send me a detailed log of the accounts. I have yet to recieve these logs and we are now months later. I have called and email more than few times. With only them sending me back the same receipts nothing further.

Contacted Customer emailed her an updated copy of her invoice with all the part numbers and extra fees that were agreed upon prior to doing the job on her vehicle. As for the the complaint regarding $ 500 unaccounted for was because she had do previous work to the vehicle prior to doing this subframe job.
