    On August 1, 2023, I purchased a makeup vanity from esaathings.com / esaathings.** for $189.05 CAD. This was in response to an ad on ******** Marketplace by *************** *************). I received the product on September 2, 2023. The product is NOT as shown and described in the ad. I messaged **** to ask for a refund and he refused. So I went to the Essa website (******************************************************) and it says:"We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchase from esaatthings.ca. You are eligible for a full reimbursement on this item within 30 calendar days after item is delivered."However, there is nowhere on the website to initiate the refund. - On September 11, I sent them an email at their address ******************************** requesting a refund but have not heard anything back.- On September 12 I filled out a request for refund on their contact form (***************************************************) but have not heard anything back - On September 12 I started a chat on their website but after more than 11 hours they had not responded to the chat - On September 13 I called their 'contact us' phone number *************) and got an automated message that the owner of the phone number had not set up their voicemail so I couldn't leave a message.I want my money back, and I don't want the product I purchased as it is not as advertised and useless to me. This company is stonewalling me, and I need help to get my refund. They should also not be able to practice as their business practices are unethical, from their false advertising, slow shipping, and inability to be reached for the refund promised on their website.Please help.
