    This is a complaint against one of Capital Parking's employees.
    This man works at your 348 Somerset Street location, moving cars around when there are more cars than parking spots available.
    He has on more than one occasion been inappropriate, and on May 25 he crossed a line: as I was trying to pay for my parking, he invaded my personal space, told me I was doing it wrong and cancelled my transaction. When I told him to back up and let me pay for my parking, he refused and continued harassing me until I finally managed to complete my transaction.
    This is unacceptable. I have parked at this lot for the past 5 years and will no longer park there unless he is assigned elsewhere.

    Good morning

    Thank you for your email. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while parking at out lot.  We will discuss the incident with our attendant and ensure his customer service skills meet our expectations.  In all Capital Parking lot locations with a Parking attendant we do tandem park the vehicles to accommodate all clients.  When a parking attendant is on site we do request they assist clients with both paying and parking their vehicles.  We do understand your frustration and will address your concerns.   We do have another parking lot location in the area.  It is a larger lot that is just as busy and the same services applies while the attendant is on site.  It is located on Lisgar St between Bank and Kent, if you would like to have another alternative.  If that location is more convenient for you to park, please visit the site and verify with the attendant if there is availability.  We apologize for you negative experience and thank you for bringing it to our attention to address.

    I got chargé twice on my ****** **** January 31 for the amount of 12.00 twice on my Statement
