      I believe that this company is providing services in an unethical fashion. I have paid thousands of dollars to the company, and when we had a disagreement about a scheduled appointment, my credit card was automatically charged full for the service. I had COVID and had to miss it - a facial on my birthday. I was upset about being charged, but understood the time was booked. But then i was charged for another appointment that i firmly know I did not schedule. Ivonne did not give me any consideration, and charged my credit card again. I did NOT make the appointment. So i had one final appointment with her, i wanted to cancel but wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Then when I wasnt satisfied with the result of a lip tattoo (for which I was charged $1100 for), I asked for a touch up (which should be reasonable for a $1,100 service). I was told that I would need to pay another $500 for a touch up. When I pushed back on the added fee, Ivonne yelled at me over the phone and wouldnt even let me speak. After researching her services i have found that they are vastly overpriced. By thousands of dollars. Her behaviour is not only terrible customer service, but she has been completely dishonest and unethical. I urge anyone who reads this to go somewhere else. This woman is a criminal, and terribly unkind. I hope the BBB takes some steps to investigate the nature of her services and policies, especially since she is automatically charging credit cards without permission.

      Hello The business is sorry to read about your experience in using its treatments.The business has many clients who enjoy a high level of customer success that is attributed to:?- Reading and adhering to precare and aftercare guides;- Reading and understanding the service agreement including limitations, guarantees, and risks;- Self-Scheduling and self-managing all necessary consultations and appointments in advance - Reading, understanding, and adhering to the cancellation and rescheduling policies The business records indicate that:?- This client has scheduling and cancellation policy violations which were explained both by email and by telephone. All fees are charged in accordance with the business policies, and may be carried forward to future appointments where eligible. The business records show that all eligible fees paid, if any, were applied toward treatments.- This client has a history of rude and aggressive behaviour directed towards the staff.- The client gave conflicting reasons for appointment cancellations, and at the last minute.- The client enjoyed a number of successful treatments and only took issue when they failed to self-manage their appointments, including logging appointments in their personal calendar.- All appointments were scheduled under the instruction of the client.- The client received and opened all appointment confirmation notices and reminders.The business encourages all clients with outstanding service issues to remedy their concerns through the Dispute Resolution Policy which can be found on its website at ivonne.ca, and not through review platforms.The business strongly encourages all clients to carefully plan and consider their treatments in advance and to conduct their own due diligence before making any cosmetic decisions.In accordance with its Service Agreement all touch-*** are available subject to eligibility and are at additional cost.The business remains committed to excellence in its products and in the delivery of its treatments and rejects the statements made by the client.?The business wishes you the best of success in your future self-care and treatment planning.
