Hi, A vocational assessment report was done by CVE Inc., the one I met for his name is Mr. **************************** He was not professional at all, he wrote many stuff from his imagination, he did not rely on the documents I provided nor our meeting's discussion. I paid the full amount required 1977.50$ plus a legal fees because they were contacting my lawyer. All discussions between us are in the file attached (especially file 1 &5). Before I make the decision to file BBB complaint I and my lawyer tried with them many time to reach a solution but they are not helping(details are in the files attached). What I need is to fix what was done or get a refund.Regards,Azza El SherifBusiness Response

CVE Inc was contacted by the complainant to provide a Vocational Assessment.
The purpose of the assessment was to determine her earning potential.
It is the position of CVE Inc. that the complainant did not agree with the finding from the assessment and report we completed.
As a result, the complainant had threatened to withhold payment, report us to the BBB if we did not change the report to align with what she wants/thinks.
The assessment and report were completed by an internationally trained and certified Vocational Evaluator. He and we (CVE Inc.) stand behind the product that was provided and will not concede to the demands of the complainant, when our professional integrity is at stake. Based on the medical evidence provided and the assessment completed, we will continue to stand behind the report and recommendations.
As the complainant indicated in an August 17, 2023, email (and was submitted to the BBB by her in the attached discussion1, I believe that the logical conclusion to my vocational evaluation should fairly enough be: UNEMPLOYABLE.
CVE Inc. does not hold this opinion.
It should be noted, that the complainants lawyer (***********************), was not in agreement with the opinion of his client (the complainant)and supported CVE Incs position and the information contained in the report.
