    I have a Goulds Water System Tank in my home (Goulds is part of the Xylem Inc. group of companies) that has pre-maturely failed, due to an air leak in the bladder that prevents it from holding pressure. The tank is 14 months old, and has a 5 year manufacturer's warranty. I have been trying, in vain, for 9 days to contact someone who can begin a warranty claim process to replace this tank, including the company who installed it, numerous staff members from Xylem Inc. who work in US office locations, suppliers/dealers recommended by Xylem staff members, and ultimately a ***************** Service person from ********************** who has not returned my messages or answered my calls. I have also submitted a request for assistance on the company's website, and reached out to local plumbing suppliers and plumbers for advice or additional suggestions. Meanwhile, I am continuing to experience poor water pressure in my home and run the risk of damaging the pump that short cycles repeatedly as a symptom of the broken pressure tank. The tank's manual indicates that the warranty is linked to the tank's serial number, which is *************. I am seeking assistance to find someone to help me work through the warranty claims process, since replacing the tank with an equivalent size/quality tank would cost a minimum of $1000 CAD or more.

    Update - I received an email response from someone new at Xylem Inc. on May 14th, after this complaint to BBB was submitted. ******* was able to help me start the warranty replacement process for my water pressure tank, and I believe this should resolve the issue.
