    These guys are professional, understanding of our needs and budget. They go above and beyond to help, and they have a fantastic crew. Never have we had service like this before from other companies.

    I hired Puddle Pool Services, Ottawa for cleaning up a pond in my backyard. It was in a bad state with algae all over it. **** was the first person I interacted with on email and eventually it was ******* who was the technician. They were so professional and so amazing that its difficult to top this level of service. Lot of work that went into cleaning the pond and it was a step by step process. ******* was so patient in explaining the whole process to me as he went through it. He got the algae out, drained the dirty water, added fresh water and chemicals and the results are just fab. It looks so beautiful now and I am ever so motivated to maintain it properly.The algae itself was 3 garbage bags full.I am so grateful that they took this project up, couldnt have done this myself. Their rates are also pretty reasonable.Great work, great team, do not blink an eyelid before hiring them, they are a solid team.Thanks *******
