      We have cracks in ceilings, corners of walls, and 3 inside doors so crooked they will not close caused by construction with dinner by ******** homes and we are supposed to be framing with Paterson!I initially contacted ***** @ Paterson July 2, 2021, She responded on July 5, 2021. She came on July 12, 2021 for the pre inspection prior to road with being done.I began trying to reach ***** on April 28, 2023 as we'd not heard back from her since the pre inspection.I left several voice messages and sent emails as we'd had damages. ***** finally called me back and came to take follow up photos in June or July 2023. I contacted her again in September about additional issues & for a follow up. Nov 24 Paterson is saying they were looking further into it - it's now been 2 months Nov 21 still no response just runaround. Nov 23 This whole issue is totally ridiculous now. I've been ghosted for months from two different representatives of Paterson.I've been trying to get someone, anyone, to respond to me and deal with this issue for nearly a year!Long story short, we were promised that the builder would be responsible for any damages yet we aren't even getting a response back.The builder is creating a BS story but they were working all along ********** and Paterson came in to do a pre-inspection. Construction ran right across the street from our home - the city used those big cement barriers to block of one entrance to our condo for months at *********************************** and *****.Counselor *********************** requested the before and after photos yet nothing has been provided and noone from Paterson is even responding to her office let alone me.************************************* is the most recent contact at Paterson.

      Paterson Group was hired by a residential developer to complete a pre-construction survey of buildings located in close proximity to construction works along **********.  The complainants residence was one of several buildings reviewed during our survey inspection work.  The complainant reached out to Paterson to request a post-construction inspection, which Paterson completed on behalf of the residential developer.  The results of our pre and post-construction survey were reported to the residential developer, who did not require Paterson to complete any additional tasks with respect to the subject residence.  Paterson was in contact with the residential developer each time that the complainant/homeowner followed up with Paterson personnel.  However, better communication with the homeowner should have been provided by Paterson to let them know that the reported issue had been forwarded to the construction manager with the residential developer, who handles these types of communications on their behalf.
