    I have had the worst experience with CCOC employees. I have been treated poorly by several employees by refusing treatment for cockroaches, threatening my home by two employees, The executive refuses to email me back. She refuses to take care of all of my complaints for the last 8 months. They have disrespected me. Allowing a violent visitor to enter the home that I live in. They refuse to put my safety first. They allow tenants to harass me. A maintenance worker left me in a home with a wire hanging through my ceiling. Hazardous to my safety. It took them 3 months to fix the ceiling fan. I have not felt safe living in a toxic abusive violent building. Two employees wrote email to me about the lies of a tenant that lives at 508. She caused other tenants to harass me because of her lies to CCOC employees. The executive never took my complaints then or now. I am disgusted how I have been treated by CCOC employees. I should not have to live on an environment to be treated poorly and abused by tenants, I have been afraid living in fear being threatened by a visitor who is allowed to come on this building whenever she pleases. The landlord wont put a trespassing warrant on her. She threatened to physically harm me. The tenants continue to leave food on the bench in the lobby entrance on a regular day. There has been a cockroach problem due to the tenants that live here. They left raw chicken which will bring Magens. CCOC employees dont care because it is not happening at their house. There is no cameras at the front door for our safety. But,****************** has it at their building. My mailbox was broken into and a CCOC employee wanted to charge me. Living in a building that I dont feel safe in is quite disturbing. CCOC employees dont care because they would have done something right away, but, they dont care about my safety.
