    Sleepwell Property Management, is a horrible Management company. Every building that they manage in ********, is in really bad shape. My building us managed by Sleepwell and my building is a nightmare. The bylaw has been called several times because of their neglect if the building. ******** Vanancoure whom is the so called Property manager for this area is totally neglectful in her duties. She doesn't return calls and problems that are addressed to her never get resolved.I myself clean my building because I can't stand the mess. And yet she gets paid for my work. I could go on for about an hour just naming the amount of problems that are and have never been corrected. I just want to warn anyone that us considering renting from sleepwell to really give it some thought. Thank you ***** ********.

    unit filthy rodent f**** strange orange goo in the bathroom and on the the broken stove broken fridge rude management cash my checks and then tell me I didnt pay rent homeless harassing me and knocking on my door, filthy surroundings on the outside of building
