    1. Negligence in Treatment as a result of ignored the pain of the teeth and neglect when I asked dr ******* please! Take off the bridge that it is causing pain and very much discomfort under the pressure from the top to the bottom teeth, she just ignored my requested. Delayed Pain Relief: On February 11, 2025, I informed Dr. ****** of severe pain due to pressure from a dental bridge. I paid $241.00 on this appointment. Despite the urgency, another appointment was scheduled 16 days later, resulting in worsening pain and the eventual loss of a tooth that could have been saved with prompt care. Unnecessary Extraction: During the February 27, 2025 appointment, I requested a root canal instead of extraction, but Dr. ****** refused. This led to the wrongful extraction of my tooth, which could have been avoided with timely intervention.2. Unethical Billing Practices: Overcharge: On February 27, 2025, I was charged $2,108.00 for some photos, measurements, including a panoramic X-ray. This raises concerns about the integrity of the clinics billing practices. Refund Process: After acknowledging a $360.00 but at the beginning of the receipt process was a credit on my favor for $1108. And it was changed. The overcharge, the clinics refund process has been inconvenient and unprofessional.. The consented form for an extraction teeth is altered as it wasn't any witnesses when the consent form was signed by me. Attaching it. Dismissive Responses: Despite my repeated concerns about ongoing pain and the shifting bridge, the clinics coordinator, Ms. **** ****, dismissed my requests for reassignment to a different dentist without further examination. Threatening Legal Action: Instead of addressing my concerns, Ms. ***** communication included mentions of involving their legal team, which I perceive as an attempt to intimidate rather than resolve the issues.I have attempted to resolve these issues directly with the clinic but have not received satisfactory responses
