    Contacted company as 3 sudoku books purchased were missing the last few pages of answers for the very difficult puzzles which as a senior I needed help. Contacted the company Jan 4 by email, no response. Phoned & he said he got my email & would email me the answer sheets. Jan 18/still no response so emailed again. Feb 1 still no response so filled out their form on their website. Still no response as of today. I sent photos of missing pages in my original email to them. Next email I asked for the answers again or to mail me 3 new books that has ALL the pages. Although the cost is very small I am annoyed a company ignores the fact they errored in omitting the last few pages of answers in the very difficult puzzles. I dont know how to add my emails but did photos of the books. There are 89 puzzles per books but answers only up to 84. Since we are now going away on an extended vacation we will only be available via email not phone until March 24.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    It has been over 30 business days since I agreed that if AM Productions mailed me a cheque for $8, I would be

    satisfied and close this case.  However, they have NOT mailed me anything.

    As I indicated when I first put in this complaint against the company I had tried emailing them and also filling out
    their form on line.  They never responded.  I then phoned them and the male that answered said they would send
    me the answers via email but never did.

    This business has failed to honor its commitment and I would like my file to be reopened.
