On January 24, 2022 I showed my clients a property for sale at *** ********* **** ** ******. The property was listed by a company named Unreserved. My clients decided to make an offer and did so through the online bidding system that unreserved uses. I was listed as their Realtor and thus 2% commission + HST would be due if my clients were to win.

During the bidding process there was one individual who kept pushing up the bids and ultimately won. We were then advised by unreserved that the winning individual no longer wanted to pursue the sale and that my clients would be able to buy the house. I found this situation suspicious due to the owner's past history of fraud so I posted about my experience on a private Realtor only Facebook group. See owners history here: **********************************************************************************
Unreserved found out about the post and decided they no longer wanted to sell the home to my client which is unethical on their part. Eventually giving in to the pressure from my clients the sale moved forward.  I have emails from them stating that they would only pay my commission if I took down the Facebook post and made a public apology.

Despite their bidding process being very unethical, the way they handled the situation in the end by holding my commission hostage is extremely unprofessional and borderline blackmail. I spent countless hours advising and showing these clients properties and in the end never got paid for my services despite the promises made by the company Unreserved.

I've also attached an email that states they kept the commission. The buyer and seller went into this transaction thinking the Realtor would be paid yet the listing company Unreserved kept it all. This is fraud.
