    My issues are: 1. uniform put the backyard stairs in the wrong side the gas pipe line coming out would trip someone so it took them 1 year to move the stairs to the other side after 1st year tarion report and still no new sod has been applied as of today; 2. the front patio they did last summer was not filled the gap with polymetric sand, so it looks so bad and has weed grows from gap; 3. the cabinet door has missing pieces as we wipe the door surface with cloth and not only the paint but the composite material felt and we included this in 1 year list but was not in the 30 days list. we think this is quality issue when they make the door but uniform said this was not damaged(missing pieces) from 30 days list so not warrantable but my argument is that does the door was finished only aiming for 30 days? again, this would be the "uniform" quality demonstration. I have contracted warranty and customer service for last inspection which was done in late June and I still have not hear back from them as they said they would pass this to the landscaping team. I also follow up twice since June and no reply. (uniform way of poor customer service and communication?) We are known and agreed on that Uniform has excellent quality and reputation until we bought Uniform home 3 years ago and the quality has been declined dramatically (compared to previous uniform home) and warranty and customer service has been not responsive and pushing responsibility. I am not sure this would be the builder or new home buying experience I would want to experience again or refer to my family or friend.
