      I got my furnace replaced with this company on Feb 14 2023 . The model they gave was ***** MODEL NO :- PG96VTAA66120DAA ****** ** ** ********** They estimate the cost 9000 plus hst but at the end of the work they charged me $12342 We were desperate it was winter time had no heat for 2 days and we know them before they did some worked done in our house ***** I’d times so we trusted them . Later we found out that they overcharged me . So I started digging more then I find out that the ***** company website that the cost of new furnace with installation is 4500-5500 and I called few companies to find out the price and most of them are saying it will cost us between $4500-5500 eve my neighbour they got their furnace done with them and he charged them $4500 I called them and asked them if they overcharged me and we ask them the breakdown the price and let us know why our invoice us so high they fail to provide me the breakdown price I tried to reach them but their is no response. And when I asked they send me some fake invoice and they told me that my old furnace had no issues the heat exchanger was working fine. I will send you all the pictures invoice and screenshots of the messages can you pls help us to resolve this issue . I want them to be honest with their prices instead of ripping people off in future . I have attach the fake invoice he gave me when I asked him that it cost him to get the furnace from the distributor . I looked the invoice the model No is not the same that he gave it to us .
