    Terrible company, i preordered a product and wanted a refund on it later, they told me i would need to pay a 10% restocking fee for an item they dont even have for another 3 months lmao. complete joke, told all my friends to stop buying from there.

    Abysmal. They claim they sent my order two weeks ago, had me pay for route protection 'for my safety in case anything should go wrong' yet after this long I am told 'it's the shipping company so not our problem '
    Well over $500 but it means nothing to them as they already have my money! I will be shocked if the products are ever delivered and will never do business with them again. B×÷^t at least tried but after all the ridiculous excuses someone should have reprocessed the order, sent it priority and offered either a partial refund or massive discount on any future order. Shipping company issue or not the ultimate goal of any company must be customer satisfaction!
    Terrible experience!
