      The worst nightmare for customer. This place is not respondent and very irresponsible. They delayed our deliveries many times and everytime I wasn't told it is delayed until the day of. I had a huge sofa to be delivered to our ******* condo, and it finally arrived without notice after 9months of wait. Condo manager was upset and we had to run from our work during the day to receive it all of the sudden. The catch here is... it came in wrong colour, so you know they don't even check the condition and colour before sending it.Also, the owner ******* is almost a sociopath who doesn't apologize and blame you for criticizing his small local business. He also left a weirdly bad review on my company ****** review.Just avoid this place. GR shop and Van special can def do better than here.

      I ordered a dining table from them in July, patiently waited the estimated 8 weeks for delivery, then contacted support for an update on my order. They increased their estimate to 16 weeks and said they would contact me with an update once they had something. After 20 weeks I contacted them again and they said they would contact the vendor and get back to me. I contacted the SIX more times and they failed to provide any sort of timeline or information about my order. It is now February and I've contact my credit card company to get this resolved. They were never able to provide a tracking number, reason for delay, or anything concrete about my order and they refused to give me a refund or any form of compensation. Hands down this has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. Not to mention I've had to go all this time without a kitchen table and without the funds to purchase a different one.

      I purchased an item as a Christmas gift on Nov. 25, 2022. I was told that I would receive text updates with shipping info etc. After a few days with no reply, I contacted the modern shop to get tracking information and was told that delivery leadtime was ***** weeks. Had I been made aware of this at some point during the checkout period, I never would have purchased the item as such a long lead time is preposterous. I ended up buying from a different vendor and had the item delivered within 3 days to my door. I just figured I would return the item when it finally arrived from TMS. On Dec. 29, 2022 I contacted TMS asking for an update, and to cancel shipment if it hadnt shipped already. Conveniently, I was told that the item was just shipped and I had a tracking number right away? Coincidence? Decide for yourself, but Im saying no. Upon delivery the next day, wow that was fast once I stated that I wanted to cancel shipment, I was hit with another undisclosed tidbit of information. Apparently the item was a special order and could only be returned for store credit, which I have zero interest in due to the putrid taste thats been left in my mouth dealing with this company and their deceit. Ive read numerous reviews on different platforms that are similar to mine. They say that delivery leadtimes are affected due to the pandemic. The only company that I know of still hiding behind this excuse. I strongly urge consumers to not purchase from this outfit. Its been an absolute headache from the start. Had to leave a star rating, but its definitely a zero.
