      Ravines/Alavida, a seniors residence in ******, owes a refund of $1,533.52 payable to my mothers estate care of myself, ***********************, as executor of the estate. The refund and amount are not in dispute. However, it has been six months since June when I followed up on getting the refund. I would appreciate the BBB helping Ravines/Alavida to courier me the cheque.

      My dad paid last month's deposit when he moved in on October 2022. He moved out August 2, 2023 and he still doesn't have his deposit back after several text and emails to the business. They have acknowledge they still owe him $3,961.22 but still nothing yet.

      Thank you for the telephone call this morning confirming that you will have a refund check ready for my dad. Please make the check payable to "Estate of ******************************" because my dad has since passed away. My brother ***** will pick up the check on Monday, November 20 at the reception of 110 Rossignol Cres in Orleans. He will be there in the morning.

       

      As per our discussion this morning, I have contacted BBB ****** and left a message for *********. I informed her that you will have a check ready for my brother to pick up and that the matter will be resolved once we have the check and will confirm with her. She is included on the email.

       

      Please confirm once the check is ready for pickup.
