      I was on the phone Jan 06/25 for two and a half hours with no option for someone to call me back. I dont believe anyone was answering the phone calls, so I eventually hung when I travelled to a physical office location in front of a real person. What kind of customer service is this?Would not recommend.

      I have been a CAA member for over 5 years but have never needed their services until last week.I bought the membership for my daughter. She required CAA assistance and was told her account did not exist. I called CAA and was told the same in spite of my membership being on automatic renewal and they had taken my money. When I pressed them for an answer twice as to how my membership had been cancelled, they put me on hold and then hung up on **** am extremely disappointed in their service and wanted to warn others of my experieince.

You were correctly advised by the agent you spoke with as your Membership expiry date was November 30, 2023, and you requested to cancel on January 12, ****.       They claim 24/7 assistance but you can't even get ahold of an operator. Car broke down on the side of the road so called an was on hold for 20 minutes until the call got disconnected. Called again and they hung up on me. Called again wand was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up.
      Horrible service - do not buy.

      Had CAA for two years and never used them. I needed them today for a tow. They sent me the first contractor country towing which they canceled and said GWL towing would be coming within 90 minutes. Just before the 90 minutes were up I got a text changing the time for another hour. I called to speak with someone and was told they got detoured to an accident. I know that they will probably make more money off the accident. Even though I booked and paying for a membership other calls take priority. I payed for a service and it should be first come first served. This could go on all day. CAA has a responsibility to its members. Just because I wasnt in an accident this is a priority to me. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one would contact me shortly. Still havent heard from one. Very disappointed in the service. Seems I am paying a membership for nothing.

      Visiting Orleans had my brakes fail and needed a tow to get repaired and back on road to ******* Extremely prompt service, arrived before the time quoted Thank you Metro Towing, the driver ***** was very pleasant and professional Thank you CAA

      I would give a zero but it would not let me. My daughter was stuck for 5 hours at the side of the road in downtown ****** waiting CAA to show up. Moreover their operator ******* who took the initial call was extremely rude and arrogant and did not know what prank he pulled but the dispatch kept getting delayed with regular progression. At one time it said that they would be there in -6 minutes only to have it be changed to 94 mins in a short time. If this is the level of service within the city from CAA what can we expect when we travel outside the city areas. We have been members for more than 6 six years and only used their service maybe twice in the period. However, their service offerings seems to have fallen off the rails and their response time and customer service is extremely poor. Would not recommend CAA North and East Ontario to anybody who intends to have their subscription. If this is the level of service within the city during fall I can only expect further deterioration during the winter or when travelling outside. CAA Central and South Ontario is way better than this. CAA I do hope you are listening.

      I reuested towing of my car and was given a time of arrival. The towing company was changed as was the puck up time, altogether three times. This was terrible service and I spent ave the night waiting for a tow truck to arrive.

      Thank you for taking the time in providing feedback. Your service experience is not what we strive to deliver our ******s. We apologize for the unfortunate series of events. In this instance, your location was south of the **************, which required us to use local contractors. All contractors were unavailable, due to other roadside rescues at that time. Our call centre followed normal operating procedure, which was to continue searching for a local contractor. Eventually, after contacting a total of six companies, we located a contractor who could attend you in 90 minutes. This resulted in our dispatch team sending you a third notification to advise you of the extended wait time. As always, your experience and perspective are invaluable in providing feedback to our frontline team in managing ****** communications.

      Had a flat tire yesterday, while about 30 km away (in ******* from home. At 76 and severe arthritis in one shoulder, there is no way that I could have taken the flat off and installed the spare. Called CAA and they had ******** Towing, in ******* there in about an hour. Ten-fifteen minutes later and I am on m,y way. First time I have had to use them in years. Worth every cent that I pay for the membership.
