    This business is fraudulent. It is a storage lot and a bay in the shop that is rented from the actual owner and operator of the automotive business at this address. The owner of New Tech tows cars, makes claims they will take action to repair your car and holds vehicles to get money from insurance company / owner. They pretend to be helpful when you are having your vehicle towed and then procrastinate when it comes to estimates or taking any other action. **** does not care about inconveniencing anyone, he is dishonest, deceitful scam artist. Proceed with caution and take action immediately to not be caught in months legal proceedings to get your car back. He has not honour a single commitment he made to me and has held my car for weeks as ****** to be paid by my insurance company.
