    I purchased a used 2015 Trail-Lite Crossover and my husband asked ******* the sales associate about any previous leaks or issues so he replied There was a leak previously where the skylight sits but its been repaired and no more leaks we checked the roof and everything is good and everything in the trailer works as well. Just to find out that this trailer was previously repaired for damages to the left side in the middle and that Nothing has been done to the roof to prevent leaks for at least a couple of years according to my insurance adjuster after I needed to submit a claim for a crack that appeared the day we transported it and leveled it. I called and they said that the trailer was sold As Is so they will not help with any of the costs. I understand that they sell used trailers As Is but DO NOT LIE TO BUYERS You actually inspect the trailer and not just say you did you DISCLOSED ALL ISSUES and LET the buyer decide if they still want to go ahead with the purchase. THIS IS DECEIVING CUSTOMERS AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS so these As Is Sales Should become Void if the buyer finds out they intentionally lied. They were supposed to call me back to see what can be done to help us but its been 2 weeks no callbacks

    Subject: Urgent Resolution Required for Contract 37 VIN 4EZTK Dear RV Canada Team,I am writing to address several pressing issues concerning the ** unit purchased under Contract 37 with VIN 4EZTK18, purchased on September 22, 2024, with an estimated value of CAD ******. Despite a substantial passage of timenearly 45 ***** am yet to receive this unit, causing significant inconvenience and financial impact. Below, I outline the details and request urgent resolution.1. Delivery Delays and Communication Issues:Despite repeated efforts to reach out to Mr. ******* ******* and visiting your Ottawa facility in person, communication and assistance have been inadequate. Mr. ******** responses have been delayed and lacking in clarity. This prolonged delay in delivering my unit has led to missed opportunities to enjoy the ** with my family during the prime season, despite making clear to Mr. **** (the salesperson) that timely delivery was essential.2. Questionable Charges:My contract includes a CAD ***** Freight and PDI fee, typically associated with new unit delivery. As my understanding was that this charge would not apply, I request a detailed clarification and possible adjustment.3. Concern Over Unit Condition and Integrity:With the extended delay, I am deeply concerned about potential changes or modifications that may have occurred to the unit while in your possession. Since the ** is a 2024 model, I seek an assurance that all components are original and have not been altered, damaged, or compromised. To rebuild my trust, I request a written one-year guarantee to cover any issues arising from your delayed delivery.4. Financial and Emotional Impact:Due to the delay, I estimate I have already lost approximately 12% of the units value, as well as valuable family time. I expect a substantial discount or compensation reflecting this ******* light of the above, I urgently request:A prompt resolution regarding my units, with a firm and reliable pick-up date.

    We initially spoke over the phone with the customer on Sept ******* regarding a pickup date. At this time, the customer did not yet have a date in mind and informed us that they would contact us back to book a specific date. Despite numerous failed attempts to contact the customer in the following weeks, (no voicemail option, emails sent and not answered) the customer showed up in person Oct ******* to pickup the unit. We did not yet have the unit ready, as we were unable to connect with the customer to firm up a date. After this, the unit was readied and has been ready for pickup since Oct 30 2024.We attempted to contact the customer by email (we can provide copies of the emails, if required) and received no response, and any phone calls were not answered. Again, there is no voicemail option on the phone number the customer supplied.The unit remains ready for pickup and the customer is entitled to a 1 hour demonstration. We await a response back to book the customer in for their pickup.

    Truly awful customer service and deceptive trade practices.Once they have your money all assistance and helpfulness evaporates. They even asked for more money from my trade after we had a signed deal. Delivery was very rushed with no PDI and we still own a 40k trailer that does not have a microwave or a working fridge. I have never been so Gaslit in my life. I am telling everyone that I know and everyone who asks to avoid these criminals at all cost.

    Customers should be mindful of where they post negative consumer reviews. A more appropriate place, in this case, would be the manufacturer of the appliances in question. By way of explanation - The unit was picked up on April 30 2024 with a full PDI having been completed. The customer had previously dropped off their trade (a ****** boat) at the local ****** for an inspection. The customer misrepresented their trade-in as there were numerous issues affecting its value including but not limited to: extensive mould all throughout, a blistered hull (noting water penetrating the fibreglass), heel damage and a failed transom seal. Further, we needed to replace the engine at a cost of $ 7000. Although a discussion took place regarding re-valuing the trade, no extra monies were collected. The original agreement stayed in place. As for the fridge, months later, on Aug 2 2024, we inspected the issue reported, regarding the fridge not cooling. It was determined the fridge had failed due to refrigerant leaking. A new fridge was ordered and installed and tested on Sept 9 2024. At the time of test, the fridge was operating and maintained correct internal temperatures. Unfortunately, the customer experienced another failure from the fridge after taking the trailer back home. We understand the frustration this can cause, but this has nothing to do with the business practises or integrity of RV Canada. In the ***** interactions (email or phone) listed in our contact system you have only been treated with respect and a helpful attitude by our staff.

    If I could give zero stars i would. they have had my trailer for over two months for warranty work. It is 1 year old. They are refusing to give me a timeline. They do not return calls. I have escalated up to the top manager and nothing. Do NOT go here for ANYTHING.

    I couldnt be happier with the service provided by ****, ***** and ****. They treated us fairly and gave us an amazing deal in the end. Everything was explained very thoroughly and they were very transparent through to the end. They werent pushy or upswell-y. **** stayed past his usual scheduled shift to make sure everything was taken care of. They also went above and beyond to meet our needs to have our camper ready for an event we had coming up. 10/10 service! Thank you everyone!
