    Do not rent from this company. I recently rented a trailer which was an easy process. I messaged the host a few days prior to ask for more information. The host made me aware I was responsible for de-winterizing the trailer. With that information I requested to cancel the booking since I am not an expert and I am not comfortable doing that. I also had children going with me and I did not want to risk it being done incorrectly. In my opinion the cancellation is due to the host negligence. I reached out to customer service to help with the process of the full refund and they basically told me its up to the host to issue the refund they could not do anything for me. I then emailed another representative which told me they did a full investigation. They came back telling me I tried to change the days and that I was responsible for draining the system and denied the refund. This review is to show the customer service does not do their due diligence and the company does not care about the customers who make these bookings. I am completely disgusted by the experience.

    A member of our team contacted you today regarding the issue you are referring to. As per your messages with the host through the platform, you requested to pick up the unit a day earlier and the host agreed to the booking extension on the terms that you would need to drain the unit once you arrive at the site.

    Based on the last couple of messages you sent to the host, the booking was cancelled due to the antifreeze still being in the plumbing 3 days prior to the booking start date and the security deposit requested to be paid 3 days prior to the beginning of the rental. 

    As mentioned by the host, the antifreeze was drained prior to the booking start date.

    The security deposit amount and the date that it will be charged is displayed when making the reservation, as well as on your payment details in the booking.     ***, after having my ** damaged back in August 2022, Im still being promised an insurance claim. Ive had one insurance appraisal. Driven the ** ****km to get the appraisal. Taken the ** out of storage, and taken a day off work to get the trailer to a second appraisal that was cancelled by RVezy. Two weeks ago I was thanked yet again for my patience from *******. Have I been scammed? Is the insurance Ive paid for non-existent? Renters beware.

    I rented a rv from Rvezy for a week. The shower did not work Sink in bathroom did not work. Tvs would not work at all. One remote had no batteries. After 3 days we had to check into hotel for a shower. ***** would not do anythig to help us get a credit. I will never use them again.

    My rv was completely damaged no one calls you its all done by email Ive emailed 100 times to get this resolved they dont care everyone be care full looks like a scam I rented out my rv brand new rv it has damages that they dont care I think there self insured try to push you away Ive sent them all documents and photos videos Ill be posting this other web sites so other people wont get scammed please be careful this company is out in ****** if there was a 0 star thats what I would give them

    This is unfortunately the only way that I've found to leave a review after the close out of my rental.Do not rent from this company. They prioritize their hosts over their customers. In the case of a damage dispute (whether you're responsible or not), they will pit your word against the hosts and make a ruling. They'll likely rule in favor of the host unless you have sufficient proof that you did not commit the damages (you've taken pictures of everything inside and out which would require an incredible amount of time).In my case, the host attempted to pin several existing damages on me as they'd clearly not inspected the trailer since its last return (the folks prior broke the axel and they had it replaced next day and rented out to us). As he did this, I assured him I had done nothing but minorly scuff some cabinetry (in my eyes, normal wear and tear for a 10-day trip). I agreed to cover the costs, but the fix would take no more than $50 to touch up. RVezy allowed the host to perform their own estimate and charged me 3x what it would take to fix. I disputed this and they said they allow for hosts to perform their own estimate but that I could obtain my own (after it had already been fixed) if I'd like. There was no way for me to do this of course, so I just lost out on over $100. Terrible experience, I will never return to this company.
