    I cancelled the contract immediately in writing after they came to install the system and it was not as promised. They did not know where to install cameras and did not want to climb a ladder to put a sensor on a window. They said I needed a monitor, then they said I had to use my tv on input video. The sales person made inappropriate and unsolicited comments regarding my appearance, my weight, and his marriage. The owner wrote me a hateful email calling me all kinds of names because I wrote a negative review. The website is moderated and doesnt allow abusive responses so he sent it to my personal email. My bank is disputing the transaction, he called me a liar and says that I agreed to ongoing monitoring without cameras for $57/month, which I absolutely did not. The unit had no power when he accused me of using their services after I cancelled the agreement verbally and in writing. They refuse to accept my cancellation and have sent me invoices for the next year after I stopped payment through the bank.

    All of these concerns have been addressed with Miss ******, she makes terrible accusations, none of which are true. Firstly, we don't have monitoring rates at $57.00 per month, and we would never force a customer to stay and pay for a contract.

    I have been a client for 18 years. They had screwed up emergency contact list while we were on vacation (they called a person from old list), which resulted in false alarm fines from Ottawa Police.At present, their device stopped working. It was not working for about 4 days, but never got a call from them saying that they are not able to monitor!!!! When I called, I was given a cheat sheet to get it connected to the network, but it did not let me login. Called service again and was told it will be about $189 for someone to come and take a look. I told them the device is faulty and it should be replaced, but they were adamant.I also have them at by business.So, I have requested cancel both services. They require 30 days written notice to cancel, even though it is because of the faulty device.They are very good, as long as the system works and you keep paying them for the monitoring.

    ************ had changes done to his internet by an outside company which ultimately affected the communication of his security system, he insisted he did not create the problem and that we should come out and service it for free. We informed him our service rate is $89.00 (Not $189.00 as he stated) we also informed him that we would waive the service fee if the problem was caused by our equipment and not that another company had changed his internet settings, he made further not so nice comments to us and cancelled both of his security systems with us for which we require a 30-day notice for each system. It is indeed unfortunate that a long-time customer feels that he was treated poorly, every effort was made to make him happy, but the end result is that we like any other company do not work for free, our technicians don't work for free, our trucks don't drive for free etc. We have kept our service rates at below industry averages and still provide excellent service. We are sorry that ************ chose another route for his security requirements, and we wish him nothing but the best. **** Henderson
