    I have tried to contact this company via phone and email listed to cancel membership but both contact information is invalid. I need additional assistance with this situation and would greatly appreciate help.

    Evolved Vehicle Environments, Inc. **** ******** ******* ******* ** *** *** charged me in 2021 for a service I immediately canceled having selected the charge in error. I tried to contact them for a refund but their email ************************** and phone numbers **************** are not valid, even on the service invoice they sent. I eventually contacted my credit card company under a dispute and the charge was removed. That should have been the end of this issue, however on January 30, 2023 they charged me again for a renewed membership. To be clear I cannot cancel the service, contact them and I have received no services from this company. I am lead to believe this company is a shell for phishing and other internet crimes.

    I signed up for EVE connect at eveforsubaru.com in September 2022. After signing up and providing credit card info, I realized the service wasn’t compatible with my vehicle and home. I initiated a cancellation. I received a pop up that said “ Your request has been received and will be processed with 72 hours. You will receive an email notification once the request has been processed.” I did not received an email cancelling the account. I have been charged monthly for this service at $2.99 four times. Each invoice I have sent an email to customer support (as written on their invoice) and receive this automated response from Google: Delivery Status Notification: Failure. I try to call the customer support line and it is not a working number. I contacted my bank but they were unable to assist. I just want my account terminated and payments refunded.

    This company has charged me $2.99 every month for a service that I don’t even receive from them. They are in fact not a true business it would appear at all.
