    I placed an order on April 17 2023. I followed up a few days later to make sure they had received my order and find out the status as I had not received any emailed confirmation. They told me the order would be processed between 2-5 business days. Terra20 informed me on April 25th (sent approx at 4pm) that some items were unavailable and that they would ship the remaining items. I emailed back as soon as I read the email to cancel the order ( around 8pm) as I did not want it without a crucial part of the order. They wrote back that it was too late as they had already shipped it (with NO consent from the customer) and said I was responsible for sending it back either by paying for shipping or returning it to the store. I sent additional
    Emails asking for a return label as stated in Terra20’s website and was refused. I even called the warehouse and the manager would not listen or allow me a word in, simply repeating that it was not her fault. Then when I asked to be listened to, she hung up. I’m glad I checked on *** since there is another similar complaint on here from 2021. It’s seems to be a pattern, beware.
