      I called to have my snowblower serviced. I was told they could come on Saturday. They arrived late afternoon. And after inspecting, I was told they would have to take it away, it will require parts and about 1 hour to fix. I was told they would be back by the next weekend. I was told when they returned with my snowblower, I would owe ****** for the service and the machine will work like new. Ive called the company a number of times, never get an answer. Cant leave a message because mailbox is full for days. I called the tech and the same deal. Left an email, no response. *** had to hire do wine to do my snow at a cost of ******. Is it hard to call a customer? Is it hard to provide information? Im thinking I got scammed and they stole my snowblower ?

      Good day,

      We had two snow storms back to back and we could not keep up with the phone calls and emails requests for many days.

      We are repairing the customer snowblower for free for the inconviences that we caused. My two technicians are from **** and they speak broken English. 

      We know that the communiucation was very difficult during that time.

      Contacted MVS Mobile Repair to come by and do a tune up on my snowblower. They came and due to a part that was broken off, they said they had to take it back to their shop and order the part. That was September 29, 2022. Called 2 weeks after, on October 13th to find out what was going on and if the part had been ordered . They informed me it was on back order. By November 18, I had them return my snowblower with the understanding that a premium tune up had been done. Come the first major snowfall of the year, December 16 2022, I turned my snowblower on. Not even half way through cleaning my driveway, the engine starts back firing at a rapid pace, and nothing but black smoke coming from the exhaust. Then the snowblower died on me. I then proceeded to call another gentleman who runs another mobile engine repair shop who came by today, December 17th, 2022. The gentleman assessed the situation and told me the bad news which I thought I already knew, and he had confirmed that MVS did not do any tune up at all and charged me $220 cash for absolutely nothing. (It would have been more but the lady on the phone said if you pay in cash, we do not charge any tax). The new gentleman came in and did a full tune up. He changed the oil which was dirty and black and changed the spark plug. He also lubricated all the necessary parts, to ensure proper working conditions.
