    They have been our snow removal for 15 years, they do not removal the snow correctly, their machinery breaks down and we have to remove our own snow from the snow from the sidewalk, steps, and parking are not cleared. Sometimes it goes on for days before they remove the snow. They also have a summer maintenance. They do not trim the shrubs, nor the trees. Just all around poor service.

    I was a client of **** ryans snow removal for two years. Year 2 I was yelled at and cursed at for responding to their email and requesting a return as city ploughs went by and blocked me in. I requesting to speak with someone other than **** to advise them of this poor client service. My husband recently passed away and they knew it and still treated me horribly- Ive heard there are other clients that dont like to call for fear of getting yelled at. I expected an apology and have only received excuses. Enough is enough! I have pictures of their so called removal that they believe is satisfactory.
