    In October, I was over charged on my credit card. The cost was supposed to be $12.99 for a soccer subscription. I was charged $15.00. I asked for a refund as I was unsatisfied with the product they have provided and they have refused to provide me with a refund for the over charge.

    I am writing in response to a complaint filed by Mr. ****** regarding our pricing. Mr. ******'s complaint does not seem to accurately reflect our pricing structure.
    Our pricing for the service in question is $12.99, plus applicable taxes. In the Ontario region, this would make the total cost $14.68. We believe this pricing is transparent and clearly communicated to our customers.
    We would appreciate it if you could review this matter and provide any assistance in resolving this misunderstanding.

    I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, There is no indication on their site that states taxes will applied. Secondly, I am completely unsatisfied with their productions as well games being shown over their so called "rights". There was very little Canadian Content and not worth even $12.99 let alone the over $14 surprise charge. 

    I am a dissatisfied customer and would like a refund in full for the lack of transparency and content. Lack of Concacaf games and Medal games. Only showing Canada as well and not other countries when I as a customer appreciate the game in it's entirety not just Canada. So, once again with the lack of display and content I would like a full refund.  

    The site and channels are not and were not worth it. 

    They obviously also lack funding if they are making a big and pety deal out of $12.99 turning into $14+ (which is not as advertised).

    I am rejecting this response because: First of all... if i used it for 3 months... please provide proof as i was not charged for 3 months... so therefore, their own policies failed themselves. I would not use their crap system for 3 months even if they paid me... 

    I would like a refund immediately if not, I will file for an actual court appearance from an actual lawyer for way more than $14  just to prove my point. So if they are willing to speak to a (my) lawyer, than we can close this case and I will open a court case.
