    Went to the front counter.
The woman in front of me was telling the guy how to run his business, banking. She left.
Said, can you let me into my unit? So I can get in.
He said sure in a minute. I said ok.
He said, do you want to pay for August now?
    I said, no.
Walking out to the door of the building, he said, you seemed upset last time you were late with your payment.
I said, why are you looking back at me? That was weeks ago. I said, I’m responsible for myself.
Then he started going on about me, how I seemed upset about him asking the question. I said, no I am fine.
I said, I’m highly educated, I don’t do psychological games.
I said, are you educated? He said, yes. I said, how much? He said it doesn’t matter.
He said he wasn’t going to let me into the building and told me to quiet down. He said, he is going to evict me.
I said, why are you not going to let me in and why are you evicting me?
He said I don’t like it that you’re talking about yourself. I said I will complain about you.
I said, well, obviously you are keeping track of me. I said, I will just contact the police.
He said, You can phone the police. I said, I know, this is Ottawa, Canada, home of Freedom of Charter of Rights.
Then I went across the parking lot and told the woman that was there to buy my **** rolling tray I’m sorry, he’s not letting me in. I don’t know what his problem is. Then I left the property.
I'm not understanding why an employee at a business is keeping track of me through conversation. It's deal with people and move on with your own life.
I need into my storage unit so I can move my furniture out, slowly, so I can move six hours drive away. Talking about myself is not grounds for not letting me into my storage unit or evicting me.
I believe ***** has a contract with this company, because they are a contact point for this storage company.

The customer came in to our facility to access her storage. She seemed agitated that she had to wait and upset when I asked her if she wanted to pay for August. when she said we proceeded to the entrance and along the way i tried to explain that I was not trying to make her upset and that I was only asking because she had been upset the previous month because her payment was late. She then asked me if I was tracking her and asked for personal information, which I was not going to give to her. She got more and more upset and nothing I could say would calm her down so I asked her to leave and told her she would not have access today. Because of her agitated state I thought it best to just remover her from the situation by asking her to leave. She then began screaming at me about her rights as a Canadian and that she was going to call the police. I advised her to go ahead and call the police and that she would no longer be welcome at our location. I would be glad to refund her for the final two days of July but she will need to clear out her storage unit in the next 7 days. there were 7 to 8 witnesses to all of this who would be more t*** happy to write statements. In her agitated state I didnt feel it was safe for my business, my customers, or my staff to allow her access at the time. I would gladly grant ***** access to remove her things from the locker and find a new storage facility. Her account of what happened is pretty accurate, but what she left out was the scene she was causing which is why I thought it best to simply remove myself and her from the situation to de-escalate. Now that she has contacted you guys I would be happy to have her come in and remove her things with one of your staff supervising.

    ********** ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I was not making a scene.   **** was the one making a scene making a big deal about me, my past phone call and answering his questions.  I was not mad or impatient having to wait for a customer ahead of me as I am 45 years old and have many years of waiting in lineups.  There was no witnesses no one was around except for a woman at the other end of the parking lot waiting for me to get my furniture she was going to buy.  I contacted this woman a week later after I moved my belongings and she was no longer interested.  I think it’s highly inappropriate to be asking *** to come and supervise me, when this is my complaint against their company.   There is no customer service.  I moved my belongings out due to ongoing harassment by both **** and ***.

    Sincerely,

    ***** *******

As far as Capital Self Storage is concerned the matter is closed. ***** came and removed her goods from the storage facility. We did not question her in any way and kept our conversation with her to a minimum. ***** was reimbursed for the final 3 days of July and never charged for the few days she occupied her storage in August. We did not speak to ***** between the time she was asked to leave and the time when she physically moved out of storage. There has been no harassment from our side of any kind and no communication other t*** through the ***. As for witnesses there were several in the parking lot that day and the workers and customers from the business immediately beside our own along with several ****** customers. As ***** has moved out we have no reason or need to contact her and we consider the matter closed.
