      Dymon's facilities are good, but they are not forthcoming about the fact that they will raise your storage locker rent by 12% (for my 10x15 unit, it went from $462/month to $518/month - plus HST) after only 6 months of being there.The lease has what feels like intentionally vague language: "you agree that DYMON may increase the Monthly Charge from time to time with 30 days notice" with no indication by how much or how often this will happen. It's partly my fault for not asking, and I understand that costs go up and rent increases are to be expected, but 12% after 6 months is a pretty big increase, and I feel like Dymon should be MUCH more up-front about this in the lease and during the sales process - because of course the salesperson did not mention this at all.So buyer beware! Good lockers and facilities, but rapidly more expensive once all your stuff is in there and potentially hard to move elsewhere.

      Storage pricing is through the roof, it's ridiculous not a happy customer, it's bad enough that rent prices are ridiculous. Even though the facilities are fantastic the pricing is way too high for the average consumer.
