    We were horrified that an accountant his name is ******* ****** the owner of altruistic accounting called us a homophobic slurs . We called him over the phone to ask him just to finish our taxes and submit them he got angry and blocked us and we didnt hear from him for ********** he sent an invoice threatening that he Will send it to collection if we dont pay .He didnt even submit our taxes .We hired another accountant after the horrifying experience .and the homophobic slurs.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    We engaged ******* on March 22 and uploaded the documents he needed to move forward with our tax returns. He had said our taxes were much simpler this year as we only had one rental property, where as last year, we had two. From the 22nd of March, he did nothing on our account until we met on Friday, April 18 at his office at the **************. (********* date is incorrect, we met on Friday the 18th, not the 19th). 

    Later, he sent a screen shot of the page showing deductions. However, it was clear that he had not reviewed all the information we sent in a critical manor as some of the line items were located on the wrong lines. I would expect that he would have checked the raw data that we had sent. 

    The next day, 19th of April, we called ******* and wanted to discuss the errors but had a disagreement and ended the call. I corrected my spreadsheet summary and went to upload to his website, but found all the documents previously uploaded were not visible as they had been before. I did not understand what was going on until later.

    After our earlier call, Aymen and I then had a discussion as to whether to continue with his services. We decided to finish up with ******* and tried to call him later in the day, but found that our telephone numbers were blocked. I then understood why ******* had removed all the information we had uploaded, he was ghosting us. We had to conclude that he did not want to continue with us as clients. That day, as it was so close to the tax deadline, we were forced to engage another accounting company

    We gave ******* chances:

    His apology from last year when he called Aymen stupid (Hussains apology attached)
    His question asking us if f***** was an appropriate name for homosexual,
    His mistake created from not reviewing the data we sent,
    Finally, the nail in the coffin, ghosting us.

    Note that Aymen is a medical doctor and a **** candidate, he is far from stupid.
    We were willing to forgive his discomfort around gay people.

    The reason we are now at this impasse is the ghosting. We tried to contact him and wanted to complete the tax returns, however ******* did not respond.

    Just a note on the invoice. His initial invoice which is uploaded was $958.24. We are not sure how it ballooned to over $1200, particularly after last years $300. However the invoices are irrelevant. ******* never completed his services, any information provided is only usable by him. We gave him a chance to finish his services, however he decided not to communicate with us.
