    I am reporting an disturbing incident that happened on 2024/5/9, the store where this incident happened is located at ********************************************I went to the store looking to buy a new phone and also get a new line with ****** While that staff member ***** was showing me the phones that they had in stock, she was also speaking with her family on the phone via earphone the entire time. When I was trying to ask her some questions, she rudely interrupted me and said that she was "busy".After I had chosen the phone that I wanted, she told me that for the financing plan that I choose, I would be paying $10 per month and no upfront payment except for the taxes. I was happy about that phone plan and agreed to proceed. However, after the financing contract had been printed out, she put the contract in front of my face and told me that I have to pay $790 upfront and also the taxes, which is not what she said earlier.So later I told her I was not happy about this phone plan and wanted to cancel it. That is when she snapped and shamed me by saying:" I have already spent so much time on you today, and now this???"I was shocked by how angry she was towards me and could not understand why she was mad doing her own job. So I told her I will be making a complaint about her, and that's when she yelled at me:" Go ahead! I don't care!"I was genuinely scared by her reaction. As someone who has been diagnosed with major depression and is currently taking anti-depression medications, I feel that this experience with this specific staff member has a huge negative impact on my mental health. I hope that no other customer has to endure all this.
