    We recently built a home and bought our countertops from this company. I begged to see a full slab of the sample before purchase but they guaranteed the slab would be identical to the sample as it’s “man made” This slab is not at all identical - it looks awful and their staff even admitted it. I have contacted them on multiple occasions and they told me to “pick a new slab” so they know that it shouldn’t look like this. However they’re telling me that my only option is to choose a new countertop from the same manufacturer (not any from this supplier). I looked and that manufacturer has nothing even close to what we had chosen. They are now having the supplier try to contact me with no set Time beforehand and I have a full time job where I’m in meetings 90% of the day - I can’t just pick up the phone. Further I have no business discussing this with the manufacturer, I didn’t do business with them, I didn’t pay them and I didn’t buy directly from them. Master piece granite is now avoiding me and I believe trying to wait out my warranty which is coming up very soon. Please help us.
