    I was in a car accident and dealing with the car that hit me as well as 911 and then this company came to tow and I was skeptical but they told me they were City of ****** and gave me a police collision card and said they had to tow me and I could not leave my car there and that I would not have to pay anything. I felt very intimidated and coerced and unsafe. So they towed me to the police station to file a report. Meanwhile in the tow truck there are 4 cell phones and non-English speaking calls constant. The police would not release photos unless I signed the tow truck company form and when I tried to explain to the officer about what had happened with the tow company, they said I had to sign the form. I am in a very vulnerable and distraught state and all were taking advantage. I phoned insurance and they told me where to bring the car for repairs and I told this tow truck where I wanted it to go and they refused to drive it there, probably because now they want to charge more money for keeping it. Please beware of these tow truck scams. Cant believe no one has reported them.
