      In April 2022, my wife and I, like many others, paid a down payment of $5,000 for our pilgrimage to ************, which was scheduled to take place after a two-year pause due to the ******19 pandemic. Subsequently, in June 2022, we settled the remaining balance of $26,290, totalling $31,290 for the entire pilgrimage package.Unfortunately, shortly after our full payment was made, the ***** government announced a change in the pilgrimage arrangements for 2022, taking direct control and bypassing travel agencies. Pilgrims from North America, including ******, were instructed to apply directly through the platform provided by the ***** government.In response to this unexpected turn of events, we promptly contacted *************** to request a refund. Regrettably, we were informed that the funds had already been utilized to secure the deposit with their vendor in ************. Despite issuing a credit memo of $31,290, *************** assured us that a refund would be processed once they received reimbursement from their vendor.Over the past year and a half, we have diligently followed up with *************** regarding the refund, but our efforts have been met with repeated claims that they have not yet received the necessary funds from their vendor. Despite their successful arrangement of pilgrimages in 2023, our requests for a refund have been consistently denied.Our patience has been tested, and it appears that our communication attempts via email, phone calls, and WhatsApp messages have been disregarded. We are reaching out to you with the hope that you can help expedite the resolution of this matter.We kindly request your assistance in pressuring *************** to prioritize and promptly process our refund of $31,290. Additionally, we seek your guidance on the recommended next steps for us to take to reach a satisfactory resolution.Your kind attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

      For **** 2022 I paid **** ********** $2500 CAD in advance via eTransfer on May 3, 2022. Since I did not get my name in the **** **** draw, I had the opportunity to request a refund and I filled out their refund request form on June 19, 2022.

      I have communicated via whatsapp with Mr ****** of Labayk **** (**** **********) requesting an update on the refund request. He has given me multiple dates (since august 2022) by when I should get the refund but I have not yet received any refund.

      I have been asking for a refund since Sep 16th, 2022. $ 5000. But they are ignoring me and lying to me. I'm on desability psychiatric parmanente. I have very severe headaches, depression and anxiety.
