    Dont go there. Appointment pushed to next day as accident cases has the priority. We were humiliated with comments how unacceptable motorhome that shouldnt be built these way. We booked the appointment for swaying wanted to make sure all safe before hitting the road. Instead were traumatised by what is being said through how misinformed bad sale strategies practices , right to the last overpriced charges.

    Went and bought a 2017 ********** mirage after having a ticking sound Went back to the dealership with the car only to find out that the warranty was no good cause previous owner did not do the regular maintenance on the car . The finance guy tried to get us to use the warranty that we bought from him to get the engine changed, after us only having the car less than 30 days so they took the car back after 3 weeks of hearing the same thing from the finance guy that we had to wait but we had to give back the loaner car cause they needed it for other people and we would have to wait until they had a car for us they made us take another car that we didn't want and our payments increased cause of it. We have been trying to get them to honor the original deal as we had our budget set out on a mirage from ********** we still haven't received anything from the dealership except a rude guy who thinks it is funny to make us pay more for a car that we didn't want. I have been over there several times and I am still not getting what we original bought nor are they helping us out with the problem of us having to spend more money than we wanted. How fair is that.

    We are very sorry about this situation. It is true ********** had an engine issue that was not covered under warranty within 30 days of the purchase. We discounted the replacement vehicle and credited the trade to ultimate refund the full purchase price and get you into another car. It was not your first choice that is true but with the shortage of vehicles there were not a lot of options. No one thinks the situation is funny I can promise you that. We have spoken over the phone, I have invited you in to discuss, but we seem to be at a crossroads since the vehicle shortage continues and prices overall have gone up.
