I bought a new vehicle with a 30 day warranty. They sold me a vehicle that would never pass safety. They made me an offer on paper for the current vehicle that I have and so I came back and they would not give me the trade amount for my current vehicle. Then the manager came out and said he would honor the offer. It wasn&#**;t 500 meters that yuou drove the car that all the lights came on on the car. I tried to clear them but they all came back on. I brought it back to them and they said they would fix it. I took it to a ***** dealer and they told me it would be over $3,000 to repair the issues with the car. The *** system was bad too and one thing after another bad happened to the car. Now it needs a new timing belt. I am still in the 30 day warranty and they are refusing to fix what needs to be fixed. I would like for them to pay for the work order I received from the ***** dealership.

They brought the car in on Feb. 12th and they made an offer.  They started working with a gentleman in our shop and started working on the trade.  We gave our word and will honor the trade amount.  We honored every word we said.  The car was in great condition, good safety.  They came back after a week or so and they said they took it to the ***** dealer.  They inspected the car - the left front wheel speed sensor, left rear speed sensor, right rear speed sensor malfunctioned.  I told them I will take care of it and they would a have 1 month warranty on the repair.  The technician at ***** said they reset the codes and it was good.  She said reset codes and tested and he said it is an intermittent fault.  I was dealing with ****, the mom.  The tech said it could not pass the safety because flex pipe was found leaking which I put the car in a hoist but it can happen any time, any minute.  We changed it for her and I told her no problem, I will take care of it.  We gave her a 1 year warranty on the flex pipe we changed for her.  They were asking for $3,000 to fix the pipe but you fixed for her.    I give her 1 year warranty on flex pipe and installed it for her.  She asked for free tint and I promised her and did it.  She came last week and said she had an ABS light on.  I told her I don't see it.  I asked **** if she sees the light to snap the pictures and email or text it to me.  I told her I would take care of it.  She said the emergency brake is working but it's too high so I fixed it.  Her son called yesterday and he said he took it back to the dealer and they said the flex pipe was welded and we repaired it and gave a 1 year warranty on it.  He said the timing belt needed to be changed.  He had 30 days and could bring the car to us and we would fix it. My offer is still open for them to bring the car here and we will fix it.

Mar 2/24 I went into global and test drove a car. He took copies of my license. Come back Im in his office he looks up my drivers license & gets the vin # for the car I want to trade in. Checks the carfax and asks to confirm I had an accident I said yes. This is the last we spoke of the accident he never printed any forms or wrote anything down. We go through the whole process to finance a car and all the paperwork is done and signed, money down, financing approved and the full amount to pay off my trade in loan included. Go back Mar 7/24 to pick up the new car. Im waiting in his office as he goes across the street to pay my trade in loan at the bank. He comes back in his office with a paper from his receptionist its the carfax of my trade in. He got so mad he gave me too much money for my trade in and said its a big problem for him. He said its not your fault its mine I should have realized & not given you so much money but then denied knowing he previously asked me about the accident. He said he would have never given me the full amount if he knew the car had an accident and got mad he just came from the bank paying it off. But he had all week to review my purchase and trade in. Then he said we can either reverse all of it or I can pay him back more money. I said its fine go ahead and reverse it. Then he starts telling me in a manner thats demanding what can I give him back. The sale was done and I know he didnt want to go through all the steps to reverse this. I told him I dont feel good about this, hes asking me to pay money back for a mistake he made I told him he should have been clear and done his due diligence and been aware about what hes receiving as a trade in. Then he writes a typed handwritten letter that I need to pay back $2000. I felt cornered & pressured to sign the letter because I do want the new car but I dont want to pay back extra money because he realized after the fact he gave me too much money for the trade in.

In reply to Mrs. Adliff review, we would like to note our deception and disappointment from such false and misleading information in such review from a client who was extremely taken care of despite the fact that she hid all data and information related to her cars accidents claim.

The true story of what happened is as follows:

1- On March 2nd, 2024, Mrs. Adliff walked into our showroom looking to trade in her **** explorer 2020 with the Range Rover Sport 2016.

2- Following her test drive to the Range, she liked it and we both agreed on the transaction price, but she omitted to say anything concerning the accident claims history of her car and we admit that we did not check it on the spot.

3- On the same day, we managed to get her financing approved and we even paid /1/ one thousand dollars out of her down payment, which was /6/ six thousand as per the bank request and the bill of sale, as a gesture from our end.

4- On March 7th, 2024, Mrs. Adliff came to hand over her car and pick up the Range Rover, she waited in the showroom while we went to payoff her existing loan on the ***** it is only when we came back to the showroom and to complete the file of the trade-in, we noticed that the Carfax was never verified for the **** and so we did verify it and printed it and saw the shocking news about /3/ three claims on the car amounting to more than /11/ eleven thousand dollars on her car which eventually would depreciate the value of the trade-in **** significantly, therefore, we instantly informed Mrs. Adliff with complete honesty and kindness that her cars price should be decreased and we are willing to revert all the transaction and cancel the deal, however her answer was to negotiate the depreciation to /2/ two thousand dollars and to pay them over 3 installments which she chose the dates of their payments, and she signed the declaration and engagement to pay before a commissioner of Oath, who happened to be present at the same time, in her own free will and she confirmed beforesuch commissioner who witnessed this matter, that she is happy, and asked about the difference in her car loan payoff since it was paid before time and we, indeed, offered to pay her back such difference amounting to $334 but she asked to be deducted from her 1st payment of the /2/ two thousand dollars engagement and wrote it in her own handwriting on the letter.

Finally, our mistake in all that, was to trust this client and take her words for granted, while we should have just cancelled the deal and void the transaction especially that we are known with our quality cars and her accidented car would be very big burden on us.

We regret such review from Mrs. ******, and we stand on our above-mentioned version of the story, which is the only truth.

To note that she sent us an email to check up her car and we gladly gave her an appointment to do so and she is coming next Wednesday the 20th of this month of March 2024.
