    I helped my son purchase a used car from The Leasing Company, ************************************************************************** The deal included the car to be safetied and a Safety Certificate was provided. We finalized the purchase but after returning home and it was dark out, we discovered the car had NO brake lights, NO high beams, NO running lights and a BURNED OUT driver's side headlight. After few days, when neither of the sales people we had dealt with previously had returned my calls / emails / texts, I contacted OMVIC and was provided with the company owner's name. The owner responded to my message and ultimately came to our house to pick up the vehicle (As it was not drivable) and return it to their shop to do the repairs. We picked up the car a few days later but the problem was that a proper safety had never been completed and once again I was ignored when trying to obtain a valid safety document. We then took the vehicle to a local garage for a full diagnostic and it failed the safety inspection! We had to incur the costs of the extra tests and repairs.Secondly, The Leasing Company salesman did not provide a Carfax report at the time of sale (He gave some convoluted excuse and promised it would be emailed next business day). Well, no surprise here, they did not provide a Carfax report to which the owner replied "Weird, we have one on file"! We purchased a Carfax report online ourselves and learned that the vehicle had 2 prior accidents and reported structural damage. The dealership did not disclose any of this to us.It was 12 days after the purchase of the car before it was drivable with additional costs of approx $500 to us. This was an absolutely horrible experience. The 2 salespeople are very experienced and coordinated in lying to the customer and avoiding any kind of responsibility. The guy at the front desk was unbelievably rude and hostile at the end. In retrospect, everything from this company was LIE AFTER LIE and they knowingly sent my son away in an UNSAFE vehicle. STAY AWAY!!

    Absolute nonsense.You had a module fail in your vehicle. We picked it up and brought it back at no expense to you. The vehicle had a valid safety inspection, at an independent garage. Not our shop.. If you had a concern with that, you shouldve called the ministry and had them look at it .so obviously there was no issue. The video footage of you being rude and aggressive in the showroom will not be tolerated .. Please stay away from our dealership. You are not welcome there.
