On November 11, 2021, I ordered LVF for two large bedrooms and a hallway, including a matching stairtopper. The installation date was set for January 13 and 14, 2022. On January 10th I called with some questions and to confirm the installation date. January 13th NOBODY showed up. Flooring hadn't been ordered or scheduled for installation!. Resheduled for January 18. NOBODY showed up. I gave them a key to the unoccupied condo, since I could not take any more time off work. They installed it over several days ,starting January 20. No stairnosing was installed, just a strip of elevated flooring!?! Guaranteed to make you trip and fall down the stairs! The floor in the hallway was not solid. Bouncy and moving! (As it turned out, they installed two layers of flooring to compensate for the hight difference to the staircase!) I returned to the store with pictures to complain. I was assured they would order the stairnosing and fix it. This went on over several months with me calling the store and showing them pictures. By July 26, 2022, the flooring was taken up, the cementfloor leveled and the stairnosing installed. It looked ok, well at least better than before! In August this year, my tenants in the Condo let me know that the stairtopper was loose and starting to break off. I took pictures and a video and went back to Alexanians. The ******* **** assured me they would send someone to fix it, since this was not normal for regular wear and tear. First installer came, unable to fix it. I went back to the store to complain. More promises, more no-show appointments more phonecalls. Yesterday, October 12, another installer came by. He took the dangerously loose and broken stairnosing off, but had no new piece to replace it. His comment. Faulty installation! Stairnosing still needs to be ordered! Back to the store for another confrontation with the ******* and more promises to get it fixed! A NIGHTMARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

October 14, 2022 Alexanian rug cleaning service picked up my 5X8 beige tuft carpet for cleaning. Rug was delivered to me on October 28, 2022 and I paid $110.00 at that time. On October 29th I unrolled the carpet and found it still was dusty and smelled dirty. Alexanian was called and I was told they would come back and collect the rug for a second cleaning. November 4th the rug was collected for a second cleaning. During this time I mentioned I had the matching 8X10 rug but it was in rough condition. I asked if they could take this rug too and provide me with an estimate to repair and clean. Both rugs were then taken. I was called on November 10th with an estimate that was greater than the value of the rug. I said it was not worth fixing and cleaning. Two hours later the manager called me and said estimates were not free and I had to pay $100 for the pickup cost. I reminded him that his truck was already at my home to pick up the smaller rug for re cleaning that I had $110 for. He said if I didn’t pay another $100 I would not get my 5X8 rug re-cleaned or returned. I now am out of pocket $110 with no cleaned carpet. Invoice number 099173 Thank you, ******
