    In March/13, I purchased a new Cyclovac central Vacuum from this Vacuum Store for $1485.73 (incl. ******************** In Dec./16, the hose split. I returned to the store to get a new hose. The owner sold me a new hose for $225.99 (incl. tax). In Feb./25, this replacemen hose also split! I called Cyclovac directly & then emailed them all receipts. They responded by telling me that the original hose should have been replaced for FREE under their 5 year warranty. But because the replacement hose was not a Cyclovac hose, Cyclovac could do nothing for me. I returned to the store Mar.6/25 and explained to the store owner. He was unwilling to refund me the $225.99, nor to replace this hose for free. I said he should have replaced it in 2016 for free, under warranty. He said nothing. He is DISHONNEST and cannot be trusted. I gave him a 1 STAR only because 0 STAR is not an option.Never deal with this store.
