    I currently have 8700 unopened emails and do my best to respond to important ones.

    client has my number and can call anytime if I don't respond to emails.

    But at this point with a BBB complant she may as well not bother as I'm nogt likely to want to any business with someone out to tarnish my name just because I'm too busy.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is not following your policy of able to return / substitute what I have for something else with no follow through or reply to my email about the process to ship the items which is no in the 8700 emails you have. If you have that many mails you may need assistance to clear them.

    I agree it can be frustrating trying to reach me via emails, but ******** about us being understaffed and too busy with the BBB does not help your cause and motivate me to give you priority service.

    I am rejecting this response because: I should not have to pay long distance fees to call you. I have been able to find another place to sell my china on consignment. It will be local and save me alot of time and hassles dealing with a company like *********
