      I placed an order with Bunches Direct and realized that I had entered the wrong shipping date so requested a cancellation. They ag**** to refund 1/2 of the order which they did, but then charged back the refund amount to my card. I've been trying to get a resolution on this since last week and finally got a response yesterday from ****** stating that the refund was complete. I then sent her a copy of my statement to show her the charge without response, so followed up again today and was notified that ******'s email wasn't in use... I've also been including sales ***************** and no one will respond. I simply just want the the charge of $210.21 reversed and will be contacting my bank to file a chargeback/dispute but have never encountered such horrible customer service.

      To whom it may concern,

      On July 17th 2023 at 3:36pm ******** **** placed an order on **************** for delivery July 27th. The visa that was provided was at that time charged for the amount of $420.42.

      The first communication received by ********  was July 21st at 3:59pm, via email was received requesting to cancel her order due to her selecting the wrong delivery date.

      It was then notified to her that unfortunately due to timing and our products being parashible we could cancel her order but unfortunately not refund. This is clearly indicated in our policies on our website.

      Even though against policy, in effort to help, management approved a 50% of the total cost of the order to be refunded to the Visa card used ($210.21). ******** did receive confirmation for both transactions to her email.

      I would also like to mention that there was communications on social media as well with our team. We can provide all documentation if required.

      We have attached a copy of all communications with the customer, the shopify order details and our cancelation policy for reference. 

      An email was also sent to the customer with all of the contents of this response for clarification.
