5 starsIn a world where so many companies disappoint Canadian Comfort are a refreshing change. Pros: friendly, return calls promptly, carry good products (and Canadian made), accommodating, fast, profession installation, and respond immediately to concerns. Cons: I dont know of any. I cant say for sure about how competitive their pricing is, because I knew beforehand that I wanted North Star windows and North Star recommends Canadian Comfort, as did the local supplier of ********** products.

5 starsWe had all our windows replaced and installed by them in 2018.We have been thrilled with the result, and have never had issues with the windows.Yesterday, one of our lock latches broke on one of the windows. I called **** at 9:30 AM this morning, and at 10:40 AM this morning, **** was here with one of his technicians. At 11 AM, the lock latch was replaced.Exceptional customer service. 5 stars2 Doors 9 windows and a patio door installed in a very short time - even with some structural changes for the sizes being installed (doors wider, patio door narrower). Care taken in the finishing touches. All before estimated time.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

5 starsFrom my initial phone call to Canadian Comfort to the end of the window installation everything went very smooth without a problem. All appointments were on time and the people are courteous. All questions were answered. Windows were installed prior to my expectation. I replaced 8 windows and am very happy with the end results.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

5 starsWonderful experience with a sash re-installation issue for a window unit purchased at Canadian Comfort 10 yeas ago. I wasn't able to do it myself so I called CC and explained the situation to *******. He went out of his way to come to my home, re-installed the sash in short order, and would not accept the payment we had agreed to over the phone.Will definitely call on CC for the next windows we'll get!Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors

5 starsI would recommend Canadian Comfort to anyone. I had them replace my windows over 20 years ago at my old house. I was very satisfied back then and I'm still very satisfied again when they replaced my windows in my new house. From the moment *** came to do an estimate, to going into the office to see the windows with ****, then the very professional installers who did an amazing job and cleaned up after they were done. If I could, I would give them more then 5 out of 5 stars because they deserve it.Canadian Comfort Windows and Doors
