  Gave them 4 yrs to fix issues with door installation. I was even warned not to complain to owner with anger management issues, still I gave them every opportunity to fix install issues. But once E*** decided it was more cost effective to categorize me as a disgruntled client, I turned to another company for help. In a week they fixed all the issues that Capitall were unable to fix in 4 yrs.

  Capital Windows provided fantastic customer experience and an excellent final product. We replaced 13 windows and 1 exterior door in our home. We contacted 3 prominent and well-reviewed vendors in September 2023. Capital Windows Inc. distinguished themselves as the best option early on. They promptly responded to our email. *********** (sales / quotes) arrived as scheduled, toured our property, and provided his initial quote on site. Captals pricing and turnaround time was very competitive. After deciding to go with them, we scheduled another appointment with *********** where he provided a more detailed quote, pricing guarantee, and estimated installation (6-8 weeks). He told us if there were ever any problems, the people at the main office were great and alternately, we could always call him directly; customer satisfaction and delivering a quality product were real priorities at Capital.About 6 weeks after our visit from *********** and deposit, Capital contacted us and scheduled our installation to be done 2 weeks later. The installers (****** and ****) arrived as scheduled and went to work. They quietly went about their business, installing 1 window at a time (which we appreciated because it had become quite cold outside). Our sliding door was initially installed with the door on the incorrect side. We spoke with *********** and ****, and it was fixed the next day. The gentlemen were scheduled to get the work done in 3 days, but our house (a **** build) presented some unexpected challenges. The job took an extra 2 days to complete which they did immediately (not a week or 2 later) and without any extra charge..We would definitely recommend Capitall Windows Inc. for residential windows and doors!

  2 of 4 windows installed were too small for the opening (much smaller than the original). There were gaps up to 2 inches around the windows. These windows had cold air coming in as the gaps were not seal properly.One window had water coming in in 3 corners.Sent photos to Capitall in emails for more than a year without any interest in fixing the problems.After I told them I was ready to submit a complain, a sales person was sent.The sales person refused to replace the windows for proper size ones. The sales person also told me "good luck trying to *** us for water damages, lots of people have tried it and have failed"The receipt says there is a lifetime warranty on the windows and installation, what a joke.

  Dear *******. I am sorry your experience with us did not meet your expectations. I would like to take this opportunity to explain what actually happened and how we dealt with your service call. In reality, it is not your windows that were to small, it was the jamb extensions that were too small. We tried to explain to you that many times and we did change the jamb extensions to proper size. The jamb extensions have no effect on the size of your windows which is why there is no need to change your windows at all. They size of your windows is perfect. The reason for your leaking window is the siding above the window. We actually have pictures to prove it! It was not the window that leaked at all. You went ahead and tried to do some DYI repairs on your own which you shouldn't have done. We offered to fix your problem for you free of charge but yet you refuse our help and you continue to demand window replacement for no good reason. I will be in touch with our lawyer and with BBB to discuss how to proceed against your unfair review which tarnishes our reputation and has an effect on our business.

  There is a serious issue with the way appointments are made, or technically lack thereof. Most people work or have children and other prior commitments, and should be able to plan their appointments for installation. When I was advised of this terrible customer service, the woman on the phone was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending. She could not find my file, then when she finally did, proceeded to make me feel less than because I wanted to make an appointment. This needs to change to better ensure a great customer experience. Up until this phone call I was happy with my service.

We do find it odd and somewhat disappointed that you would revert to leaving a review simply based on one phone call. Our relationship with our customers is very long and ongoing for the lifetime of your warranty so why would you tarnish your relationship with us simply because of one phone call...

  We replaced two doors and four windows in our home. **** was so patient and listened to our requirements and suggested us various alternatives for us to select and proceed. Thank you, ****!As promised at the time of ordering, the doors and windows were custom made and installed within 8 weeks. ******************* **** and Egor were polite and carried out the work, with little or no disruption to our work day (working from home). They ensured perfection in the final deliverable. Thank you **** & Egor!We are glad with the outcome of the work and will definitely go back to Capital Windows for other replacement work.
