    The 5 large wood double hung windows we purchased in 2023 have been leaking water into the wood trim in the interior of the house since they were installed. The water condensation accumulates in cold weather all around the interior glass and frame components and then tracks and concentrates the water to allow it to collect along the wood base on the interior of the frame and then penetrate into the house through the wood trim seals. We have reached out for help over a dozen times and still have no response with a solution. The wood window frame is already damaged with peeling paint and the wood is already showing signs of softening and rotting. Completely unacceptable result and the company has been dodging any responsibility for this serious issue.

    I have previously had Pella install windows and doors at my property at ****************. They now require service as it has been several years since the doors were installed and some parts have come loose from general wear and tear. I filled out Pella's service request form and was advised I would hear back from them in 3-5 business days. It has now been over two months and the service has not been scheduled. I have emailed multiple times and receive a confirmation of receipt stating a response will take 2 business days. I have previously had Pella service calls and was generally happy with the quality of care, but it seem they are unable or unwilling to service the products they sell.
