    Can't say enough about how good of an experience it was dealing with Kenmore Aluminum.Even from the start, ****** was quick to respond to my request to set up an appointment to measure the windows. The appointment was a breeze as ****** is very easy to deal with.He even provided an on-the-spot assessment of how the windows would be installed based on the limitations that our exterior stucco walls presented.The quote followed soon after and we were pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable price for 8 windows (Vinyl Window Designs) of varying sizes + installation + labour and warranty. It was well below the two other competing quotes that I received for similar quality windows. As these windows qualified for a Greener Homes / Enbridge Home Efficiency rebate, he also recommended an advisor for the audit. He also estimated a reasonable timeline for the install.After the audit was completed, the install date was set and was pretty much in line with what he had estimated. He even adjusted the dates to suit when I was working from home or when my wife was able to be present during the job. The install itself went surprisingly quickly considering ****** was working alone one of the days -- a day when he installed three of the windows himself, one of which was in my home office which he totally completed, trim and all. His assistant, ****, was equally effective with the install and the whole thing took less than 3 days.The windows look absolutely great (pictures to come) and the workmanship shows -- you could tell in the way ****** and **** enjoyed the work. The trim and caps were tidy and clean; the old windows taken away; and the areas around our house where the work occurred all straightened out as before. It was a great process all throughout.If you are looking for new windows, don't hesitate to give them a call -- it was well worth it!
